Rondoflex

Most people feel the sound of the "drill," or as dentists call it "a handpiece," is enough to set your teeth on edge.  What about having a cavity filled without shots, drills or pain?  

The Rondoflex may just be for you!   Using a very fine powder, the Rondoflex removes cavities without the high pitched sound associated with handpieces. It is ideal for small cavities on most teeth, and  conserves more tooth structure than conventional treatments.

The idea is simple and has been around for decades but has become more effective in the last several years.  In essence the Rondoflex is a micro-sandblaster that uses 27 micron sized particles to remove the cavity almost silently.  The vast majority of procedures can be preformed pain free.

Unfortunately the Rondoflex is not a replacement for dental handpieces.  It cannot remove old silver fillings, be used to prepare crowns, or be used on very large cavities.  To learn more, give us a call and we will be happy to set up a consultation appointment.
